Bridging Cultures through Language Expertise
I’m Elena, a certified Greek translator and interpreter. I work with Greek, Spanish, English, German, and Italian. My passion for languages and my curiosity to explore new cultures led me to pursue Translation and Interpretation studies at the Ionian University of Corfu and the University of Granada.
I had already decided that legal translation would be one of my specialties so I attended a 450-hour course. Subsequently, I underwent an intensive interpretation course in collaboration with the Autonomous University of Madrid. A few years after, I earned my Conference Interpreting degree from the European Master’s in Conference Interpreting program at the Aristotle University. During my studies and early career years, I have lived in Germany, Italy, and Spain which greatly enhanced and refined my linguistic skills. Today, thanks to my job, I have the opportunity to travel all over Europe where I offer interpreting services to various clients, including multinational corporations, international organizations, and government agencies.
In addition to my professional experience, I am also committed to continuous learning and improvement in the field of translation and interpretation. I regularly attend workshops, seminars, and conferences to stay updated on the latest developments and best practices in the industry.
In 2019, I founded Linguistic Bridge, seeing languages and communication, as the foundational pillars of a bridge, uniting individuals and cultures in our diverse and interconnected world.
